C2C Cycle for Children's Education and Empowerment

The C2C is a gruelling 85-100 mile cycle across England from East to West. This one-day challenge I hope will raise awareness about the power that children's education within rural South African communities can have. DAKTARI is an non-governmental organisation located in the Limpopo province of South Africa providing children with the opportunity to learn about wildlife and environmental conservation, as well as equipping them with employability skills. Through the introduction of proper waste disposal schemes, anti-poaching and animal abuse classes, and career drop in sessions for kids, DAKTARI is changing the lives of local communities around them. They are unlocking the potential of future generations to protect our world and our precious wildlife species, as well as ensuring economic security.
