The past few years I've battled birthday blues, but I'm actually excited this year because I'm dedicating this birthday to a special collection of organizations I visited and got to know. I'm deeply grateful to have crossed paths with such passionate, inspiring individuals working to solve problems in their local communities. As a token of appreciation, anybody who gives will receive a thank you postcard (pictured) that is a print of a photograph I took while visiting organizations in Indonesia.
