UWC Costa Rica Agents of Change Program: 2021-2022 School Year

The Agents of Change Program empowers students to turn their ideas into actions to tackle real-life problems they are passionate about through a creative and experiential process where they work collaboratively with local communities to drive positive social impact.

This feature program was developed by UWC Costa Rica based on Ashoka's "Dream it. Do it" methodology, Design Thinking, and Experiential Education adapted with the help of international consultants Lorena Silvestri and Laurie Frank.

Through this program, our students develop skills in critical thinking, communication, collaborative work, problem-solving and more while experiencing firsthand the Changemaker Process.
