Relentless rainfall has caused devastating flooding and landslides across Sri Lanka's tea estates. Homes have been damaged, families displaced, and many tea workers have lost their income. To keep our students and staff safe, we have temporarily closed all of our education centres.
We have launched an Emergency Flood Relief Fund to provide immediate support, including emergency food parcels and essential supplies for families most affected.
Our staff are all from these communities, local leaders with strong connections ensuring that support gets to those who need it the most - and yet can often be forgotten.
