This April, I’ll be taking on one of the biggest challenges of my life so far: the London Marathon. Covering 26.2 miles/ 42kms through the streets of London, this race will push me far beyond anything I’ve done before - and that’s exactly why I’m doing it.
I want every mile to mean more than endurance. I want it to carry hope, opportunity, and support for a special cause close to my heart:
Amantani
Amantani works in rural communities in the Andes and Amazon of Peru, where schools leave students without the skills they need to thrive. Only 1 in 10 rural residents in Peru will continues into further education. So, Amantani helps young people prepare for adult life and opens opportunities in education and employment, supporting them to build brighter futures and escape poverty.
This marathon is about pushing myself to the limit, but it’s also about running alongside this incredible organisation. Every donation, big or small, will directly support their work.
So I invite you to join me on this journey. Help turn miles, effort, and determination into real impact. Together, let’s make the London Marathon not just a race, but a meaningful step forward - mile by mile, all the way to the finish line.
