6. Beneficiary Selection & Verification Process
To ensure fairness, transparency, and proper recognition of our relief efforts, all beneficiary selection will be carried out strictly through the Divisional Secretariats (DS) or the Government Agent (GA) of the respective areas.
This process ensures:
• ✔ Official verification of affected families
• ✔ Proper government acknowledgment of our donation
• ✔ Accurate prioritization based on severity and need
• ✔ Avoidance of duplication with other relief distributions
• ✔ Transparent documentation for audits and reporting
All final beneficiary lists will be obtained from DS/GA offices and cross-checked before distribution.
