1. Project Title
Hope and Future: Integrated Support Program for Vulnerable Children
2. Context and Justification
In West Africa, thousands of children live in extremely precarious conditions:
- Street children exposed to violence, drugs, exploitation, and abuse.
- Orphans deprived of family support and emotional stability.
- Children suffering from severe or moderate malnutrition, endangering their survival and cognitive development.

According to UNICEF, 1 in 3 children suffers from chronic malnutrition in some regions, and extreme poverty pushes many children to beg for survival. These situations compromise their fundamental rights to health, education, and protection.

H.E.L.P, true to its mission of promoting health, education, and peace, aims to implement a structured program to break this cycle of vulnerability and restore hope to these children.
3. General Objective
To sustainably improve the lives of vulnerable children by providing them with access to healthcare, adequate nutrition, basic education, and social reintegration opportunities.
4. Specific Objectives
- Reduce child malnutrition by providing nutritional care for 500 children within 12 months.
- Socially and academically reintegrate 200 street children and orphans through psychosocial and educational support.
- Protect and treat at least 600 children through free medical campaigns and regular follow-up care.
- Strengthen community capacities by training 100 volunteers and local actors in child care, malnutrition prevention, and child abuse prevention.
- Promote peace and social cohesion by reducing risks related to marginalization and delinquency.
5. Target Beneficiaries
Direct Beneficiaries:
- 500 vulnerable children aged 0 to 18 (street children, orphans, malnourished).
- 100 community actors (volunteers, educators, health workers).

Indirect Beneficiaries:
- 2,000 family and community members sensitized through awareness campaigns.
- Local authorities and social structures benefiting from strengthened capacities.
6. Components and Key Activities
A. Health and Nutrition:
- Quarterly free medical campaigns (vaccination, screening, treatment).
- Distribution of nutritional supplements (therapeutic milk, enriched flours).
- Creation of a community nutrition center for rehabilitation.
- Digital database for tracking and monitoring vulnerable children.

B. Education and Social Reintegration:
- School enrollment and sponsorship for 200 children.
- Vocational training programs for out-of-school adolescents.
- Psycho-educational workshops to restore self-esteem and resilience.
- Awareness campaigns on children’s rights and protection.

C. Community Empowerment:
- Training of community volunteers on malnutrition prevention and child care.
- Establishment of local committees to monitor and sustain the project’s impact.
7. Methodology
- Participatory approach: collaboration with local authorities, community leaders, and families.
- Multisectoral interventions combining health, nutrition, education, and protection.
- Digital monitoring using the HELP Tracker application to record children’s data, track their progress, and generate impact reports.
8. Expected Results
- 500 children receive adequate nutrition and healthcare.
- 200 children are reintegrated into school or vocational training.
- 30% reduction in malnutrition cases in targeted areas.
- Establishment of a sustainable community protection network.
- Publication of an annual report documenting social and health impact.
