This is a fundraiser to raise money for worthy causes. Here's some more information about it:

There is no other experience like going out and watching nesting turtles emerge from the sea on a perfectly moonlit night. Words cannot describe how amazing it truly is. Once you see one in person on the beach, you’ll be hooked. It’s nothing like the TV shows and it's by far one of my favorite memories of Costa Rica thus far. If nothing is done soon about this, some, if not most, of these species will become extinct. Now is your chance!
