The Sierra de las Minas challenge is a 3 day hike in which I am going to participate with Global Vision International (GVI) during my stay in Guatemala. I will be hiking the highest peak which is 3,015 meters, therefore my goal is a dollar per meter! The money that I raise will support the very poor indigenous villages that I will be working in from January-March. I will be teaching young children in rural mountain schools and they need your help. Your money will go a long way!
