Ocean Academy Sponsorship Drive 2023-2024
A fundraiser by Penny Williams
Since I found out about the amazing work that Ocean Academy High School does for children and their families in Caye Caulker, I wanted to be part of this program. Many of these students are or will be the first in their family to earn a high school diploma. I feel so very blessed to be able to volunteer at Ocean Academy and to have a small part in their education.
School is not free in Belize and OA students are currently in the process of applying for financial assistance for the coming school year.
YOUR donation helps these students to STAY IN SCHOOL.
My goal is to raise enough money to sponsor 10 students.
$600 USD will pay the school fees for 1 student for the coming school year.
Or $50 USD will pay for a month.
Or $12 USD will pay for a week.
Or any amount will help.
AND it's tax deductible in the US.
