Summer Health 2023 Fundraiser - Human Health Project (HHP)

Throughout June and July, HHP is promoting its annual Summer Health Campaign aimed at promoting Health Literacy and Health Equity by providing Peer-led Patient Advocacy "Understanding the Healthcare System" workshops with follow-up support including patient education courses, events and other resources.
We wish all of our HHP community a fun and healthy Summer. The money raised throughout this campaign will directly fund HHP's programs, helping people to effectively management their health.
