Yogis for Ukraine is a fundraiser that allows our community to help support humanitarian efforts in impacted areas of Ukraine and surrounding regions where refugees have fled.
Karma yoga can be translated as the "yoga of action". On this path, oneness with all becomes known. Both the joy and the suffering of others is experienced as one's own. The selfless desire to take action and be of service to others is the outcome for those who pursue this path.
From April 2nd- 8th you can practice with the talented Yoga Teachers at The Trim Gym AND have the opportunity to support our friends in need. Come out and set your intention to spread love, peace, and compassion.
For those who feel called to do so, this fundraiser and/or class participation provides an opportunity to engage selflessly in karma yoga.
