Kabale Institute of Technology & Applied Sciences (KITAS) is a non governmental Organization located in South West Uganda. It was established to provide practical skills to mainly disadvantaged poor people in Kabale. The institute provides training in Building & Concrete Practice, Tailoring, Carpentry, Plumbing, Tropical Agriculture, Motor Vehicle Mechanics. It also has projects meant to sensitize people on the need to preserve the environment.
