Hello friends and family - As you have probably heard I am registered for another Ironman Triathlon, Nov. 22, 2009 in Tempe Arizona. The race includes a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride and 26.2 mile run. Check out www.ironmanarizona.com for more information about the race. This year I'll be racing to help the Lambi Project in Haiti to build ten water cisterns to provide clean drinking water and plant 500,000 trees to control massive erosion. Please help me to make my Ironman goal. Thanks!
