Sponsored quest to Carrickfergus Castle
A fundraiser by Nathan Shivers
Six months ago I suffered an accident, and as a result my mobility has been restricted and I am now slowly recovering. I am going to do a sponsored "knight" walk from Loughshore/Jordanstown to Carrickfergus Castle. I am doing this to support the Center for Peacebuilding, an organisation from Bosnia, which helps empower young people to act as agents of change. The cause is special to me, as I broke my back while training to be a youth worker, on a residential with disengaged youth.
