1. GlobalGiving offers a maximum of two exceptionals a year per organization.
2. If criteria number 1 is met than GlobalGiving will offer an exceptional disbursement in the following situations:

• The organization has a funding need that is core to the organization's operation and function (i.e. paying rent, salaries, school fees, medical costs, or other payments), and the funding deadline could not be met by GlobalGiving's regular monthly disbursement cycle. This need will be determined at the discretion of the GlobalGiving team. 
• The organization has raised at least $50,000 since the last disbursement cycle. 
• The organization received an individual donation of $10,000 or more.
