The objectives of IRR are: (a) to improve the welfare of migrant workers, including by providing them with services to help them (i) deal with situations of work-related and/or personal issues; and (ii) develop skills to ensure a harmonious and mutually beneficial employer-employee relationship; and (b) to integrate migrant workers into our broader community; (c) to build bridges for Singaporeans and Singapore residents to connect with migrant workers; (d) to take action and steps to benefit migrant workers, in the belief that improving the welfare of migrant workers will ultimately benefit the whole of Singapore, and strengthen the cohesive social fabric of the broader community in Singapore; and
