Alongside our project teams on the ground, we also partner with and gain expertise of local volunteer groups, hospitals, state services and local authorities. This parallel investment approach provides the people of Ukraine with both a broader and a more efficient use of our donors' contributions. Our combined resources offer the people of Ukraine cultural growth and social mobility, as well as an environment to thrive in the future. The majority of our volunteer work is unpaid, and our operational overhead has been low, per our financial reports. We regularly provide reports of how donor funds are being spent, what impact we achieve and what experience we gain.
