We are an international NGO, founded in Spain in 1981 and active in Peru since 1988. Our mission is to create opportunities for growth and development for those who need them most, placing people at the heart of our work. In Peru, we accompany individuals from childhood through youth, building bonds, setting shared goals, and nurturing their talents and skills. We facilitate access to quality education and support the transition into employment and entrepreneurship, empowering people to lead their own paths. Our goal is to foster sustainable and long-lasting development within their communities, while promoting equality, resilience, and social inclusion.
