Founded in 2009, Northwood Children's Hospice is a registered Non-Profit Organisation dedicated to providing holistic care and support services to children with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions, together with their families and communities. Increase inclusive access to healthcare and wellness services for vulnerable children whilst empowering families and communities through emotional support, educational intervention, skills development and sustainable community care initiatives.
