TO PROMOTE HUMANE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS ANIMALS IN IMPOVERISHED REGIONS OF THE WORLD BY: A) PROVIDING FREE STERILIZATION OF CATS AND DOGS BY A QUALIFIED VETERINARY TEAM B) TRAINING LOCAL VETERINARY SURGEONS IN KEYHOLE STERILIZATIONS PROCEDURES AND OTHER SUCH TECHNIQUES WHICH HELP TO ADVANCE THE ORGANISATIONS CAUSE AND INCREASE ANIMAL WELFARE C) DELIVERING EDUCATION TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC ON THE IMPORTANCE OF STERILIZATION AND ANIMAL WELFARE
