It is governed by law n 064-2015 / CNT of October 20, 2015, relating to freedom of association in Burkina-Faso. It is non-political, non-denominational, voluntary, and not-for-profit. She does not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, creed, political affiliation, gender, age and disability cases. Its objective is to help promote and protect children, adolescents, young people and women in difficult circumstances by giving them the attention they need to ensure their full development. Its mission is to improve the socio-economic conditions of needy people for building a stable society. It acts mainly in the sectors training, education and health. This takes the form of the following actions. The association has set up a training center in tailoring. This training takes place on two years (1800 hours) and allows obtaining the following Professional Qualification Certificate of a final exam. It is a nationally recognized qualification that provides employment for new graduates. These courses are accessible to all, without qualification or experience, and include literacy sessions. Since the association is non-profit, the price of the training is much more accessible for the learners than in others training centers. We will develop the training center by building premises, acquiring equipment and recruiting qualified trainers in order to offer quality training to the greatest number possible student. To date the training center remains modest since this year we count only 4 students in tailoring who are supervised by a trainer. This is explained by the lack of financial means which does not allow us to develop the center. Rental of our premises present costs a huge cost to the association. This is why we want to acquire our own premises and make operational changes in order to act more efficiently. This project is detailed in a file that we will send you afterwards. In 2015 the association carried out a project to build a public primary school in the village of Zamnongho, in the rural commune of Komsilga, province of Kadiogo, Center region. This construction includes six fully equipped classrooms, a desk, latrines and a kitchen. A drilling was also carried out to guarantee students access to water. It's a public school which is now funded by the state. Since the inauguration in October 2016, 299 students have attended primary school. It's a very beautiful success since it represents 100% of the children of the village being of age to go to primary school. This demonstrates the relevance of this project which had a considerable impact on the local population. It however, causes problems, the main one being the number of children per class (60 on average). The school provides 5 teachers, 2 canteens and a caretaker with access to stable employment. The Sini-Labe association also works to support a group of women in a small village so that they become financially independent through agricultural activities. One of the main activities of the association at present is to support the refugee population in the district n 9 of Ouagadougou. The security situation is more and more worrying in the Sahel region. Mali, Niger and Burkina-Faso in particular must face a devastating enemy. This situation causes numerous population displacements. People in this region of Africa flee to save their lives. This leads to many problems which are new to the people and which states fail to manage. So we have developed a project that aims to improve the living conditions of very vulnerable people by allowing the youngest to access to education. In our district more than 200 displaced children do not have access to education. In order to respond to this problem and to allow them to access this fundamental right which is that of going to school. We are going to build a primary school with 6 classrooms. In order to help these refugees, we also organized collections of clothing, food and medicines.
