Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco is a community-based organization that provides comprehensive after-school programs, from academics and the arts to sports, job placement and behavioral health services, to kids who need it most. We help our members gain confidence and become successful adults, by developing skills and forming relationships with caring adults, all in a safe place that many of our youth consider a second home. Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco inspires and enables all young people, especially those from disadvantaged circumstances, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens. For more than 125 years, BGCSF has provided high-quality, community-based services to at-risk youth in San Francisco. BGCSF operates eight Clubhouses, a 2,000-acre overnight Camp in Mendocino County, and five school-based Clubs located at Carver Elementary School, Gateway High School, Gateway Middle School, OnePurpose School, and San Francisco Community School. Our Clubhouses are located in neighborhoods with the fewest resources, where kids need us the most.
