1.To support education-related programs and initiatives in barangay schools, the central district elementary school and the local high school in the municipality of Tunga, Leyte to improve the literacy & numeracy levels of children in the community, provided it will not engage as a school regulated by the Department of Education and the Commission on Higher Education. 2.
