This festive season, make a child's life brighter!

At Tamahar, we provide a range of services catering to children with special needs and their families. In this pursuit of ensuring we provide quality programs, we also incorporate a holistic approach with our children's intervention as well as the programs for the mothers of these wonderful children and their families as well. Our approach consists of a healthy mix of core intervention, auxiliary therapy, and recreation for the children. This ensures the holistic development of the child and brings in an element of fun through recreation activities.

For the mothers, we provide programs aimed at upskilling, geared toward making them economically self-reliant and independent. In addition to this, we also have mental health services for the mothers and the family.

We have been able to do all this, thanks to the support of noble souls like you, who not just believe in our work but also have supported us this far! With your continued support, we will be able to work with more children with special needs and their families.

For more details on the ways in which you can continue supporting our work, please check the poster. Your support means a lot to us and gives us the impetus to work on helping more children with special needs and their families. With your regular contribution, we will be able to make more facilities and better equipment available for our children and their mothers.

Children's recreational needs are important for their holistic development!

At Tamahar Trust, we believe in working toward a holistic development for each of our children. This is done through the not just the core therapy and auxiliary therapy programs but also through the hobby and recreational sessions conducted. The core therapy and auxiliary therapy programs take care of one aspect of development and they are designed keeping in mind the specific needs of each child. However we believe holistic development can be enabled only whnen we take into account other aspects of the child's development. For this reason, we cater to their recreational needs through a variety of hobby classes including but not limited to art, drama, sports, and so on.

With the above mentioned beliefs, we are always striving to provide the most holistic enbvironment for our children so they may benefit the most from a 350 degree perspective. Additionally, these recreational activities on the one hand, help us create a fun-filled environment for the children while on the other, help in the development of their gross motor skills.

In this process, we are on the lookout for ways to enhance the facilities and equipment that can be made accessible to our children. Through your regular contribution and support, we can translate the aspiration of enhancing the infrastructure, into reality. This will also ensure we are able to continue providing our children with a healthy balance of core intervention, auxiliary therapy, and recreational activities!
