Submission of recommendations to National Planning Commission (NPC) to include the priority issues of Human Trafficking in coming 15th Periodic Plan of Nepal at Singha Durbar on 25 January 2019. A delegation of AATWIN lead by Chairperson, Ms. Anjana Shakya handed over the recommendations to members of the NPC, Hon. Min Bahadur Shahi and Hon. Dr. Usha Jha to address the priority issue of Human Trafficking in coming 15th Periodic Plan under the leadership of HIMRIGHTS. The Recommendations were collected in the consultation workshop participated by 58 participants representing various CSO.

HIMRIGHTS is one of the founding members of Alliance Against Trafficking of Women and Children in Nepal (AATWIN), a network of 40 member organizations, established in 1997. Every 2 year, AATWIN is led by one of the member organization. HIMRIGHTS has been leading AATWIN for the last one year since August, 2017. Over one and half dozen activities has been conducted against human trafficking, unsafe migration and entertainment sector during this period. Prevention and protection are the two key focus of our activities. Here are some of the glimpses of the major activities done by AATWIN in the leadership of HIMRIGHTS.
