The SOAR Foundation, established in 1995, is a non-profit, non-political, and non-religious charitable organization. The Foundation is dedicated to providing scholarships and promoting educational opportunities for the impoverished but academically excellent students in the rural areas of China and Taiwan, so they can acquire a high school, college or similar level vocational school education.
