Programs

HHI's two main projects at this time are the Albino Rescue Project and the Pakistani Safe House. In the Albino Rescue Project, we identify albino children at risk from traffickers who harvest their body parts to be used in "magic" rituals. We relocate them to safe areas/schools and sponsor their education. We currently have 14 children in the program. With the Pakistani Safe House, we sponsor a safe house for young women/girls who are at risk from the horrific domestic violence practices, such as acid throwing, and provide vocational training. There are currently 44 in the program.
