IkamvaYouth seeks to enable disadvantaged youth to pull themselves and each other out of poverty and into tertiary education and/or employment. This project will continue availing education support to 1000 000 learners; homework sessions, tutoring, tertiary placements and career guidance, to ensure that every child who begins grade 1 in 2018 will pass grade 12 or the equivalent; and all the learners who matriculate in 2030 will access post-school opportunities (learnerships, tertiary institutions, employment or entrepreneurial activities); and that all these learners will within four years of matriculating have a dignified living. project reportread updates from the field
