The Lifelong Leadership Institute exists to provide a well-balanced leadership-development experience for youth from the Black and Caribbean communities, and to provide inspiring and innovative educational programs which enable them to fulfill their personal, career and citizen-leader aspirations. The Lifelong Leadership Institute is committed to the utilization of leadership development as a critical tool for building stronger and healthier communities, and a better world.
