Fe y Alegria is a Movement of Popular Education, Integral and social promotion, born in Caracas on 5 March 1955. Today it is present in 22 countries of Latin America, Africa and Europe. Fe y Alegria Venezuela is made up of 4 programs: Schools - Formal education for children and adolescents, EduCommunication - Education for young people and adults, University Institutes and Training - Education for work. Schools: it implements a comprehensive educational proposal that ensures the development of fundamental and specific skills for children and young people from poorer sectors. It serves 94,849 students, in 177 educational centers, in 19 states. EduCommunicacion: develops a semi-presential education and communication service for young people and adults over 15 years old from primary school to technical secondary education. The radio network, consisting of 23 stations at national level along with digital platforms are the main technological tools to streamline the processes of education-learning. Attended to 10,957 participants, in 26 community learning centers, 355 volunteer facilitators, in 23 states. University: offers an option of higher education generating conditions for participation, meeting spaces and support for human formation with emphasis on professional training. University: serves 4,077 students, at 5 campuses in 4 states. raining: develops processes of training and occupational, human and social productive and entrepreneurial skills, through courses and trades to the population of young people and adults under the focus of fundamental and specific competencies. It serves 8,074 people in 52 centers through 503 courses in the areas of goods and services, industrial, agricultural, home and manual arts.
