TSOM Mission The Tshwane School of Music (TSOM) exists to provide accessible, high-quality music education, skills development, and creative industry opportunities to children, youth, and emerging artists from underserved communities. Through accredited music training, mentorship, performance platforms, and industry partnerships, TSOM develops artistic excellence, employability, entrepreneurship, and social transformation while creating sustainable pathways into the creative economy. Our mission is to use music as a tool for education, empowerment, economic participation, and community development, ensuring that talent is not limited by geography, income, or circumstance.
