ACT Foundation USA is a part of ACT Foundation International which has been serving since 2003 with registered affiliate organizations in 11 countries and activities across 28 countries. ACT Foundation USA's mission is to provide care and support with dignity and compassion for the underserved across species and to protect the environment, through direct action, education and empowerment. Active since 2013, in just the last 5 years ACT Foundation USA has planted more than 1000 native fruiting trees across the country, and has donated over 15,000 kilograms of vegan food for people in underserved and vulnerable communities, over 15,000 kilograms of vegan food for rescue animals, and over 24,000 freshly prepared vegan meals within the United States. Beyond the United States, ACT Foundation USA has also supported the donation of 50,000 kilograms of vegan food for people, and over 9,000 kilograms of vegan food for animals across over 6 countries in South and Central America. Since 2020 thousands of hygiene kits, bags of clothing, toys and other materials have been provided across the US, South and Central America, and Asia to bring comfort, dignity and joy to adults and children in distress. Additionally, ACT Foundation USA is dedicated to positive action and advocacy around animal rights, through the platform, ACT4Animals. Its mission is to unite voices for the voiceless and inspire a world rooted in compassion, non-violence, and respect for all living beings - ensuring animals everywhere can live safely, freely, and without fear. ACT Foundation USA also supports the planting of native fruit bearing trees in public spaces. In addition to providing shelter and a green cover to Mother Earth, fruit bearing trees provide food to all beings of nature, be they humans, animals, birds or insects, continuing to serve generations for years to come. Fruit tree plantation is not just an act of kindness, it is a social responsibility. ACT Foundation USA currently supports several ongoing long-term projects across the US, South and Central America, and Asia, along with a wide range of regular community volunteering activities across these regions. Being fully volunteer-led, ACT Foundation ensures that 91% to 94% of donor resources go directly to the recipients. ACT Foundation's vision, across the world, is to create a kinder and more compassionate world through loving and selfless service that uplifts and transforms both the recipient and the donor.
