Yayasan Pendidikan Hikmah Amaliyah exists to ensure that vulnerability never becomes destiny. Serving South Tangerang, Indonesia since 2005, we educate young children, sustain orphans and underprivileged families, and channel community generosity into measurable change. Our three Islamic educational programs (TK Islam Al-Hikmah, PAUD Amelia, and TPQ Al-Hikmah) currently serve 57 children, including 33 early learners aged 2 to 6 in our kindergarten and early childhood units, with full or partial tuition relief offered to children from low-income households. Our three Islamic educational programs (TK Islam Al-Hikmah, PAUD Amelia, and TPQ Al-Hikmah) currently serve 57 children, including 33 early learners aged 2 to 6 in our kindergarten and early childhood units, with full or partial tuition relief offered to children from low-income households. Hundreds of alumni have advanced to formal schooling since our founding. Each year, our orphan and family assistance program (Santunan Yatim dan Dhuafa) reaches 48 beneficiaries, comprising 19 orphaned children and 29 underprivileged community members, through cash support, staple food packages, and school fee subsidies. We currently operate one annual distribution cycle and are working to expand to two or three cycles per year. As an authorized Zakat Collection Unit under BAZNAS, Indonesia's National Zakat Agency, we steward all zakat, infaq, and sadaqah with full transparency and lawful accountability. Operating exclusively for public benefit with no private inurement, our long-term vision includes a community reading center, continuing education scholarships, and a community health initiative.
