Cleo's mission is to improve social projects to reduce inequality and poverty levels. Cleo uses its team's diversified experience to design and implement socially concerned initiatives. Although the panel is wide, Cleo has become specialized in projects focusing on women's empowerment, young leadership, gender equality, social pedagogy, child protection, and human rights. Cleo is managing a teenager empowerment project in several of Barranquilla's poorest suburbs. Using urban arts as a way to develop creative and critical thinking skills, it provides teenagers with an alternative to the drug business dilemma. Another project aims at helping parents raise their children by offering pedagogical and psychological support, promoting positive parenting and family well-being.
