Guide Right is our national service initiative, encompassing all youth-oriented programs, with the Kappa Leadership Development League (Kappa League) as its flagship program. Guide Right was founded to provide educational and occupational guidance, inspiring, informing, and mentoring young people by leveraging the knowledge and experience of successful men. We focus on leadership development, cultivating an achievement mindset, and offering impactful mentorship. To date, we have mentored over 500,000 young people, establishing ourselves as the oldest and most successful mentoring program for young people of color.
