Fora: Network for Change (formerly known as G(irls) 20) advances the full participation of young women and gender-marginalized leaders in decision-making spaces to change the status quo. And at the systemic level, we advocate to address systemic barriers such as income inequality, early career gap, and workplace leadership for young women and gender marginalized youth through research and policy recommendations.
