RBCA CDC is a non-profit 501(c)(3) independent subsidiary community development corporation of the Regional Black Contractors Association of North Texas, Inc., with the mission of improving the economic, educational, social, physical, and environmental conditions of the black community primarily; whereby individuals fully participate in and benefit from a quality of life resulting in a livable and sustainable community.
