There an estimated three million street dogs in Sri Lanka, lacking even the most basic veterinary care. As vets, we find that unacceptable. Our aim is to transform the lives of animals globally, and live in a world where no street dog goes without high standard veterinary care. At WECare, we focus on three main areas- neutering and vaccinations, treatment of illness and injury, and educating the community about the welfare of roaming dogs.
