Homeward NYC (a dba of West End Residences HDFC, Inc.) provides housing and wraparound services that empower homeless New York City young mothers, LGBTQIA young people and older adults to live life forward. Our goal is that through skills-building, empowerment programs, and behavioral health care, young adults are prepared for success when moving to permanent and more independent housing-and are less likely to return to homelessness or housing instability.
