Teach For Austria is working towards the "Vision 2050": all children have got the chance to live a good life, irrespective of the level of education and/or the income of their parents. At Teach For Austria we facilitate educational opportunities for socioeconomically disadvantaged students by building a movement of top graduates who become inspiring teachers and leading actors for social change - the so-called "Fellows". The Fellows do not only have a direct impact on their students, they also strengthen and improve existing efforts within low-income schools and kindergardens. Consequently they increase educational opportunities for our target group: socioeconomically disadvantaged children. Fellows support Teach for Austria's vision in the long run as they become leaders who are driving systemic change in the educational field.
