BKM 4 Life, We Rise Up for Health, is an evidence-based, life-long, culturally appropriate behavior health and wellness program for blacks in underserved communities in a target 10-zip code area of North St. Louis County and City, MO. Founder and Director Briant K. Mitchell is an inspirational community leader who is dedicated to giving back with his notfor profit health and wellness organization in Ferguson, MO. He specializes in training programs for individuals and small groups to empower people of color to be active participants in their health and wellness.
