The way we want to achieve this is through providing tailor made business knowledge and mentoring to social enterprises and government organizations. They all have in common that they enable women to earn an income, by providing work that can be done at home or near home in the context of the way these women and their families live. Our consultancy focuses on growing and scaling businesses and thus co- creating sustainable jobs for women. Our team together with a professional network of Indian and Dutch experts deliver on-the-ground support in fields like business strategy, sales, finance, HR, supply chain and marketing. When needed we invest in paid consultants to further expand our team's deep knowledge of the Indian market. All our investments are aimed at creating more impact - jobs for women - with our partners. We approach our work with the mindset of impact investors; our "return on investment" is measured by the number of jobs co-created for women. We thoroughly screen and assess potential partners based on their vision, ambition, focus, discipline and team strength. In an increasingly competitive market, these foundational elements are crucial for organizational success and long-term viability
