Enable 100 low-income girls to complete graduation
An academic excellence and leadership development program for deserving and talented girls from disadvantaged socioeconomic backgrounds. The program transforms them into SHALINIS (empowered and dignified women) by combining scholarship with personalized mentoring, personality development, and employability training. Since its inception in 2002, the program has impacted more than 17,000 deserving adolescent girls across 14 states of India. Program alumni aspire for professional careers.
Support Children and Families in Ukraine
As conflict escalates in Ukraine, 12.7 million people, including 1.9 million children, are in urgent need of support. UNICEF is scaling up emergency response across Ukraine and the region to meet growing needs. Today, 3.5 million children lack access to basic goods and services, including adequate food and shelter, all of which are depriving children of a minimum standard of living and affecting their long-term development, education, health, and future opportunities.

The German Red Cross is a member of the global community of the international Red Cross and Red Crescent movement, providing help without discrimination to the victims of conflicts and disasters and others in need. The German Red Cross is active in numerous missions concerning emergency response, rehabilitation after disaster, and development projects.

Pay community men and women to plant 30,000 trees (65 species) in biological corridors covering water springs and rivers in Guabo Valley watershed near Pacific ocean. All farms owned by Costa Ricans. Build sustainable businesses like production of fertile soil, production of trees, sustainable eco-tourism and forest management practices promoting long term rainforest conservation. Combat climate change thru permanent capture 30,000 tons of CO2. Excess water vapor transpiration. Repair soils.
