Your planned gift to GlobalGiving can be designed according to your needs and interests. Most donors choose an organization to support (from among hundreds of vetted options) or craft a gift to benefit a specific theme, country, or set of projects (for example, projects that improve health outcomes in Nepal or projects that help children succeed in Zimbabwe.)

You can make a qualified charitable distribution (QCD) to GlobalGiving from your IRA. It is free, quick, and easy to do through our partnership with FreeWill.

Giving to nonprofits internationally or donating to disaster relief abroad through donor-advised funds is possible with GlobalGiving. You can simply log into your DAF account, select your designation as GlobalGiving, and include the name of the organization and/or project ID number of your intended GlobalGiving partner organization in your notes. Honor a loved one’s legacy or change the game for a cause you are passionate about with a major gift to GlobalGiving or one of our partner organizations. A member of our team can guide you through the process and help you craft a gift that fits your needs. Our support fee, which covers the cost of our vetting services and provides tools and training to our partner organizations, can be negotiated for gifts above $25,000.
