Given the current circumstances of the country the declared humanitarian emergency & the local current Covid 19 context, the formal education system has been seriously affected in the dimension of infrastructure, teaching staff and students with deep needs of education and schooling, and that is why from our SUPERATEC platform we are stimulating children, young people and their families not to desert from the formal schooling and offering additional education to do other complementary training
During the year 2020, about 40% of young people in Venezuela, register school dropout
We implement it through our SUPERATEC centers located in vulnerable areas or communities of greater Caracas and / or in other states of Venezuela. We do this through courses, workshops and programs, establishing a baseline, monitoring and certifying our graduates. Then we do an accompaniment in several aspects, being the most important that they can get a job, for which we have the SUPERATEC Job Exchange.
Reduce and minimize the current % of school dropouts, and increase the % of formal schooling
