Bpeace and Regis Corporation tested a successful cutting and styling hands-on training in Kigali in September 2007 to ensure that African hair styling and training techniques developed for the U.S. market are applicable to the Rwandan market.

Founding partners: Sylvie and Jeanne.

Jeanne and Sylvie have each been in the Bpeace fast runner program since 2006 and continue to receive a mix of consulting, employee technical training, equipment, technology, branding and marketing, networkingopportunities and access to capital. They collectively employ 28 Rwandans.

Bpeace and Regis Corporation successfully tested the Regis curriculum in Kigali in September 2007 resulting in business revenue increases for the salons

Partnership of U.S. Corporations

Paid salaries and travel expenses for two senior hair stylists to train 40 Rwandan beauty salon employees; provided $30,000 in beauty supplies; donated a TV and DVD player to four salon owners to replay Regis training videos.
