A New Twist on Our Curriculum

During the 18 years of our program, we have carried out many transformations, starting from the time of the program to the curriculum. This is done to meet the needs of vulnerable youth after they return to their respective areas.

Most of the batch 43 students are young people who have good potential to develop agriculture in their area. Many of them have a piece of land but they have not been able to cultivate the land. Extreme conditions in some areas such as NTT also make more attention to a separate system in farming. So, if someone wants to do farming, they must have sufficient knowledge to work on the land.

“This is the first experience for me.” Said one of the batch 43 students. The young man is indeed a farmer's son, but this is the first time he is farming with the provision of knowledge. Because so far all he has been doing is farming hereditary.

Currently, we are focusing on learning in the first 2 months, so that in the last 5 months they will still receive agricultural learning and will gain other knowledge that will support their careers both in the world of work and in the business world. This change is intended to facilitate the scheduling system.
