This project is to create awareness on Reproductive Health, safe abortion, safe sex, basic rights and prevention of maternal mortality and morbidity among 550 poor women at target villages in India
What is the issue, problem, or challenge?
According to the World Health Organization, "Reproductive and sexual ill-health accounts for 20% of the global burden of ill-health for women, and 14% for men and the percentage will increase substantially very high in near future. According our survey in the target villages and noted that many women and adult girls are still using unhygienic and old cloths and mutts during menstruation period and 550 women are in reproductive ill health problems and ignorance of reproductive health and hygiene
How will this project solve this problem?
Conducting workshops and special medical camps on reproductive health we can create awareness and to cure the reproductive ill health among beneficiaries and to reduce maternal moralities. By making kitchen the beneficiaries will get nutrition food
Potential Long Term Impact
We will create awareness and educate the importance of hygiene and reproductive health care for 550 women and adult girls. So the beneficiaries can create awareness for their future generation and others in their villages.
Project Message
I can not able to reproduce childbirth due to the ignorance of unsafe abortion. I was done unsafe abortion by an untrained country nurse in my village so that my uterus is severely damaged.
