Recruit and train 200 Israeli and Palestinian youth, ages 18-34, in leadership skills, non-violent activism and democratic principles to mobilize their communities behind the two-state solution.
The Israeli-Palestinian conflict rages on as hard-liners empower each other and drown out voices for peace. Distrust, fear and alienation increasingly define the next generation of Israelis and Palestinians. OneVoice strives to break the status quo of extremism, fatalism and political lethargy by building a human infrastructure capable of mobilizing the public to resolve the conflict. 4,500 Israeli and Palestinian youth activists form the backbone of the movement and hold the key for change.
Recruit college students and young professionals across Israel and Palestine, train them in public speaking, negotiations, community organizing, and non-violent protest, and support their activism in hard-hit communities, from Jenin to Sderot.
Recruit and train 200 Israeli and Palestinian youths to join a network of more than 4,500 activists equipped with the necessary skills to build a movement for peace from the ground up and shape the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. They are the future. With your help, we can reach even more.
"The training OneVoice holds for Palestinian youth equips us with the skills to effect change in our society. It creates agents of change before creating the change itself."
- Mohammad Asideh, Senior OneVoice Youth Activist
